PERENCANAAN BISNIS PEMBUATAN DISPROPORTION ROSIN (ROSIN-NON KRISTAL) DARI GONDORUKEM

Gondorukem adalah hasil olahan destilasi uap getah sadapan batang pinus sebagai bahan baku utama untuk pembuatan rosin (non-kristal). Rosin resin yang diekstrak dari pohon pinus, berwarna kuning pucat hingga tua. Pemakaian banyak digunakan di berbagai industri diantaranya, tinta cetak, cat, ban, dan kertas, saat ini Indonesia masih mendatangkan negara lain, maka itu pengelolaan serta pemanfaatan hutan bukan kayu sangat berperan penting dalam hal ini. Adanya plant disproportion (non-kristal) diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan negeri. Hasil analisa perencanaan bisnis diperoleh nilai persentase Return on Investment sebelum pajak sebesar 55,2% setelah 19,88%. Nilai Pay Out Time 2,4 tahun sesudah 3,5 tahun. Persentase Break Even Point 59,29% Shut Down 40,63%. Internal Rate of 41,51%.
